Kolsch is a German style golden ale traditionally brewed in the Koln (or Cologne) region. Our Kapitol Kolsch has a rich golden color, smooth malt character and an almost sweet aroma. It has a lighter hop profile than many similar bodied golden ales, and pairs well with almost any occasion. Life is too short for uninspired beer. Live Free or Die!
